Are new psp's being shipped with newer firmware than 2.71? so 2.82-3.02?

Looking to buy from canadian future shop or best buy.

Not sure..matters how long the shop has had psp in there shops longer they had them at shops older the firmware...if the shop has newer psp shipments then the psp will likly have newer firmware...gauess there no way to tell..
