you can't play downloaded ISO's or full games, but you can download some demos.

you cannot download games because you have firmware 3.02 and that is the crapest firmware. you need 1.5 to play isos

you cant downgrade it because they have security patches. you can only downgrade from 2.71 downwards

sell your psp and buy another psp with firmware 2.7 downwards and try not to get a ta-082 motherboard although u can still play homebrew with it, its just way simpler without.. anyways no chance of playing homebrews with ur psp so get another 1 or buy games up to u!

Yeah cos they haven't even found an exploit in firmware 3.02 to run any homebrew at all let alone a downgrader (which requires access to flash0).
