Still have problems with shrink

Shrink and nero7 keep asking for cd-rw's and DVD-RW in order to burn music or dvd's, this never happened before I could use dvd-r's or
cd-r to burn anything. But now it just wants rewritbles in order to work correctley, WHAT IS WRONG. I using windows ME< I normaley use windows 2ooo or 98 I have an 80 gig hard drive I have no idea what's going on I've never had these problems before. Can anyone help me.

Here you have installed a known "buggy" version of Nero 7 over Nero 6. Uninstall your Nero, run these clean tools, Nero 6 first,

and then install this later version of Nero

With this limited amount of memory it is a miracle you can burn anything, minimum recommended is 512mb so I would suggest you seriously consider adding more RAM.

You probably dont want to hear this but these are HORRIBLE discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan)
