MP3 Edit Programs?

I was wondering if someone could tell me what is a good mp3 editing/mixing program? I want something I can blend & edit audio that's fairly east 2 figure out. thanks

This is a great program for cutting,fading,and splicing mp3's.
It keeps the mp3 in it's original format.
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
This is a more versatile program, but changes the format to one that the program can use and then you can change it back to mp3 ,etc. when finished.Many say that some quality is lost in the process.
Check them out.They are free.
