front usb problems, reader and floppy --- evga 680i

hi ty for taking the time to try and help me with my little problem.
i have an evga 680i motherboard.

1. the front usb arent working. i replugged them on the usb headers and even switched between the 2 and it still wont work.

2. i have a card reader and its also plugged in the usb headers. it works on both headers but theres a problem when transfering files. its a windows error that says invalid path. im transfering via usb from my ipod. the problem seems to be random because sometimes i get the error 2 mins into the transfer and sometimes 5 or even never.

3. the floppy doesnt work at all. it lights up but it will not read floppy disk. i changed the bios, even replugged the cable, and also uninstalled it.

on another note, the back usb work flawlessly. i could transfer 50gb of files without getting a single error. i only get these problems in the front side with the reader and the not working front usb.

pls help, otherwise i would have to send my machine back because i dont know how to install these 3 things if they are broken lol.

first up, have you oced with this board, if so hows it gone?

couple of guesses.

are the right lines going to the right header pins for your front usb?

are you using the floppy cables that came with the mobo, or your old ones?

to be totaly honest they sound like things that could be fixxed by a bios update, i know you have already but that is a very new chipset and needs time to have all its bugs ironed out.

if you have no luck i would contact evga and see if they can do somthing for you.
