I just put Nero Suite on my new laptop. I downloaded dvdshrink to clip segments like I always use and I downloaded the DivX codec. I made a music video in Nero Express 2 and all was well, until I went to export it. It gave me this message:

AppName: nerovision.exe AppVer: 2.1.2.9 ModName: gchw.dll
ModVer: 2.1.2.9 Offset: 00013611

I have no idea what that means or why it is doing it. I use Nero on my other computer, the desktop one and it works just fine for me. Sure, sometimes it jerks around or get stuck, but that's probably because I've got so much crap on that pc. But this laptop is brand new... and I figured I'd try to make a music video on here.

What seems to be the problem? Is what I'm really asking... It won't let me even choose what to format to export it in, it just will come up with a notice the program is not responding and it'll give me that message.

I'm thinking maybe I forgot to download something to go with Nero. Like an encoder...decoder... or a different codec and that could not be the problem because I just found out how to make music videos about six or seven months ago and I used a bunch of differnt programs til I discoverd that Nero had it's own video express builder. I love using Nero for my music video, but now this video is complete and I can't export it to a mpeg file or an AVI file or anything... and I'm not only pissed off, but lost. The most it let me do is send the video to dvd, but that's not helping me because the video files are in dvd VOB files and I need to get the video in mpeg files so I can put it on my music video website.

If anyone could help me out... I'd be ever so grateful. I just...hope I can get it fixed without scraping my nice video.
