I have 60 movies that I play at my office but i'm tired of having to put in a DVD player for a new movie every 1.5 hours. So I wanted to convert my movies into mp4 format and put the movies into the Nero Showtime playlist and have it play all the movies in queue.

Here's the problem. it takes forever (3hrs per movie) for Recode to convert "Main Movie" into Nero Digital. Is there anyway that I can make the process faster? I tried setting it to high quality so that it would require less compression. Also used 1-pass instead of 2. Nero avc and cinema avc settings. turned off chroma enhanced.
