Need help buying a PDA for ME! SK 3 vs. MDA

I have been doing a lot of research looking through this website and many others. The problem that I am having is I don't know what to get between the Sidekick 3 or the MDA. They both have pro's and con's but no one has really gotten down to specifics. I have checked my area and stuff for T-mobile and it has a good rep. I love aim, text message and long battery life. Now with the Sk is it worth buying? would you guys recommend buying the insurance too? If you have songs downloaded on my computer and put it on the SK could they be my ringers?? Another big problem is the cost.. i don't want to go any higher then 80$ a month. How fast does the Sk download off the internet like 5MB or 15MB. Cuz if its like 5MB I'll just get the MDA phone. I love technology so I'm wishing someone can help me. My plan is up in Dec. of 06 so I have to act fast.
