is there a way to reformat the psp itself because when i turn on my psp it says"Setting information is corrupte.Prees the O button to repair and restore default settings"After that it still comes out?

is this during emulated firmware? do you have custom firmware? what did you do in xflash before this happened?

Yeah if you have 2.71 SE-C you can go into the recovery menu and reinstall your firmware. But I dont think you can do anything if you just have normal firmware except installing a modchip and using that to recover.
