Hey anyone that has emulated 3.02 FW can tell me what is the Certificate
Ultility for?

What about Remote Play?

The certificate utility allows you to run PS1 games on your PSP once you have downloaded them from a PS3.The remote play is to access the PS3 from a PSP.
