Help Needed Ripping Portions of a DVD

What would be the best software to use if I wanted to just rip certain clips(segements) off a DVD? (Not the whole movie)

I downloaded it but there seems to be now feature that allows to just cut certain snippets. Any suggestions?

I meant to say NO feature, not 'now'. I think you may have misunderstood what I meant in my first post. I realize that the program allows you to to choose specific video files on the DVD to rip, but it doesn't let you capture certain clips of a single file.
