Well i belive the Wii has great graphics and will in the comming years and much much more then everone thinks.
wii GPU clocks at 349mhz 360 500mhz on 151mhz and those 151 extra mhz that the 360 has extra to wii might go into HD rendering and wii dont need to do that whihc means wii could be close to the 360 in graphical power.

Dude, I camped out for 2 days for the Wii, and it was totally worth it. I knew that Nintedo was going for Gameplay, and not Graphics. I'm kind of glad though, because the games are really fun, and it really isn't about graphics. Sure, I like games that have really good graphics, but I also like good gameplay.

People if the Wii was pushed to the limit tommorow youd be seeing games match or pass 360's current level by the end of this gen Wii graphics will have improved a million times
but yeah I guess Nintendo said gameplay over Graphics but I doubt they wont push teir console graphicaly in a year or so

I love your enthusiasm; but that's just not true. The Wii is far too limited for that. It *might* come close, but it won't ever match, and especially ever pass the 360. The 360 is a triple-core processor, running at 3.2Ghz. The Wii is a single core at 900Mhz, on a mac timing setup(Which in english means that it really performs like a 1.2ghz). The two are FAR too seperated in hardware to compare. The Wii doesn't even have nearly the same amount of ram, in which to store textures, etc.
Truth- The Wii looks as good as it needs to, and will improve. It will never graphically match the other two systems.
Truth- The Wii was never intended to match the other two systems. Just like the highly successful DS never competed directly with the hardware superior PSP, and yet came out on top, by far.
Truth- The Wii is very much worthwhile. Even if the systems were all the same price, I would suggest the Wii for it's raw fun factor.
