hey
i realise that there is a set number of changes for a dvd drive and i have one change remaining. however when i try to change it back to my default region, it wont let me, saying:

"Unable to update region setting. Please make sure the drive contains Region 2 media and that you have administration privilege"

both of which are true, i am the administrator and the drive contains region 2 media!

through web help i understand when 'changes remaining: 1' i have to get the drive's manufacturers help in resetting the default for good.
can i do this from home???
