I had downloaded DVD shrink/DVD fab/ Dvd decrypted several months ago and have had no problems ripping DVDs but now with some of the new DVDs coming out I am running into issues when using DVDfab. It states it cannot rip certain parts of the DVD. Is there any new updates for these programs or any new ripping programs (Free Downloads) that have come out. I also found a really great step-by-step guide for the above downloads, and wanted to know if there are new programs or updates if there are any new instructions to go along with them.

It is recommend to always updates DVDFab Decrypter when there's a new version out. Fengtao is getting better and smoother nowadays with all of his products that are constantly updated.

However, I suggest keeping an older version on your HD just in case if there's any bugs on the newer. But then I highly doubt it though.

In case if you need any help or guides, try any from 2 of the best FREE rippers below.

Rip any DVDs with RipIt4Me +DVD Shrink + ImgBurn
Revised DVDFab +VobBlanker (or FixVTS) +DVD Shrink + ImgBurn guide

NOTE: Simply skip VobBlanker or FixVTS, unless DVD Shrink has encountered an error and can not continue.

I updated and it works great but I also downloaded dvdfree not sure what this is used for I currently use dvdfab. DVD Decrypter. Shrink and it works fine where does dvdfree come into play with the current programs I am using would it make things easier/harder or don?t bother with it.

DVD43..... is that what you are talking about? I don't recommend it.... causes more problems than helps. It's an AnyDVD want a be! It runs in the background and some computers have conflicts with it others just don't seem to make it work all the time..... just not worth the effort when you can get a 21 day trial of AnyDVD and then buy it! Try it you'll like it. It's a member favorite here!

Is there anything else that I should be using along with the current programs I have been using (see above post) to help the burning process go a little faster and help the quality.
