Don't bother with all the fancy software. I have been using ripitforme.org for 3 months now and I don't need anything else. Try it for yourself. All the software is free.....

Old news, but you're absolutely right. RipIt4me is flawless, perhaps it's the new "God of Ripper." Yes, the best of all is... it's totally FREE.

Another awesome FREE ripper is DVDFab Decrypter -- been using both and I've never come across any DVD/movies that I can not rip or backup.

I tried using this utility and I still can't rip a movie I have (Talladega Nights Unrated). It crashes at 7% using DVD Decrypter for some reason.

EDIT: Okay, looks like DVDFab will take care of it.
