Personally I don't see the need for the RF modulator. All you would simply need to do is: Buy a new tv with various inputs or use the s-video cable you have now & attach it to this adapter

then plug that end into your tv.

I can't recall where I found it, I simply Googled "S-video to Coaxial cable adapter". Sorry I didn't post the link, but it exists out there somewhere & it wasn't that expensive either.

I don't think he wants to buy a new tele!!!!

Have you got a VCR that has s-video in? If so use the VCR and connect that to the TV via RF in.

He did say in his post though, that his TV only has coaxial input. The adapter you're talking about converts the S-Video to composite video but he would still need coaxial input on his TV. What you're doing is adding yet another adapter that he still can't use. My recommendation first would be to check if you can get the video out on your PC to work when connected to something with composite inputs such as a VCR. If that doesn't work try updating the drivers for your video card or if possible try another video card w/tv out.

Every night has its day.
Even forever must come to an end....
I think.

are your drivers for your video card updated if not go here to do so
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp once that done and you install them you can now right click on you desktop (so that you get a small drop menu and select nvidi Control panel then from there select change display configuration then from there click the dropbox in 2 which it says select the display you would like to use . the option that you want to select is My display is not shown list.. then a box will open that says detect missing display and then select the option force television detection on start up.
