Data Disk vs MP3 Disc?

When I'm buring MP3's or WMA I burn them as a "Data Disk"

What is the benefit of burning them as "MP3 Disc"?

I'll take it there is no benefit of burning as "MP3 Disc" or as "WMA Disc", they just make the menu look nice
