I looked for this on the forum but couldnt locate were it would be.

I know how to remove the subtitles before burning a dvd, but im not sure what to do about removing the comments. is there a specific thing to look for in order to remove the commentary without removing normal audio??

Hi MrSmithW

Remove all audios but the AC3 5.1. The directors commentary is found in the AC3 2 channel.
Some programs will list directors commentary next to them but still okay to remove all channel 2's - the player will down mix the audio to play if you don't have digital dolby.

yup the directors commentary is always in the 2 channel mix so uncheck it and use the 6 channel audio
