I downloaded and installed the AnyDVD trial version.
But as I open up AnyDVD, which shows options to view,
it doesn't have an option to let you backup a DVD movie
into the hard drive? What and how am I suppose to back
up my DVD movie with AnyDVD?? Has I miss understood what
AnyDVD can do?? Or would I need to use just CloneDVD that
would allow me to backup a DVD movie into my hard drive.
Hope you can help with answers clearly.
The tial version of AnyDVD last 21 days.
Thanks,
Eugene
Yes, You hav misunderstood what AnyDVD does. AnyDVD does not exacly bakcup a dvd but what it does do is run in the background with your burning program such as Nero or Clone DVD it will work with aswell and will work with alot of other programs. AnyDVD also comes with a ripper its called AnyDVD ripper which will rip the DVD to your hard drive. Or you could just use Clone DVD or Nero to copy the disc without ripping.
Hi,
Thanks for the info.
What I'm trying to do is trying out with different DVD ripping
software, because using DVD Decrypter and Shrink, they won't
let you copy the DVD movie of "CLICK". The latest and popular
DVD movie, which SONLY & COLUMBIA PICTURES are doing so well in
making it harder for user to backup "CLICK" that prevents from
DVD Decrypter and Shrink from coping.
Regardless any other tools such as PGCedit with PSL.
I've tried those on "CLICK" and that didn't help.
Seem like SONY & COLUMBIA Pictures recognized DVD Decrypter & DVD Shrink works. I bet they'd figured out.
But someone told me to try AnyDVD with CloneDVD.
Has you try those with DVD movies that were made by SONY & COLUMBIA Pictures?? They're realy good at it in adding their "Sturcture protecton" and "DUMMY" sectotrs.
Any suggestions?? Glad that other movie studios aren't using
SONY & COLUMBIA Pictures materail. But it's getting harder now,
and maybe more harder to copy in 2007??
Hope you can help with suggestions on software that fights off SONY & CLUMBIA picture's DVD movies.
Thanks,
Eugene
DVD Decryptor will not break any of the newer encryptions; it hasn't been updated in ages. DVD FabDecryptor, DVD Shrink and ImgBurn are 1 option. Or this guide for Ripit4Me: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/422740AnyDVD running in the background and CloneDVD2 will also let you copy any disc.
