DVDClone Mobile can't read .iso files?

I have dvdclone mobile and I want to convert my movies to the psp.

I have original movies which work very well and I also have movies that I burn to my hard drive as iso. I want to convert those iso movies to psp but it won't read the file it says "Select the Video_TS directory, where the IFO/VOB files are located".

How can I convert .iso files so that I can open them and then covert them to the psp.
