A) Illegal, If you dont own the game.. but if you do, you wouldnt need to download it.

B) There are no fully working ISO(ROM) yet, *that i know of*

C) And its not a ROM there are images of the Disk, thats all, stll though.. im not sure if itll be fully funtional.

Exactly, unless you are willing to download a 3+ gig file for FFX, i really dont think its worth it..i say you stay simple and get FF3 / 6

If there is a game on a CD or DVD, then theres definitely a ISO somewhere of that game. There is ISO of CD/DVD game, just gotta know where to look
