i need help with trying to get sound but all it does is play the video and how come it wont let me put it under music videos Thx for people that help

Under Music Video? I havn't had any problems there. Just with TV Shows. If thats what you mean check this tool out:

As for the no sound thing, we need a little more information. What file type are you converting, what program are you using to convert it. Things like that help :)
