So that I could comment on7.2.3.2/ 7.2.3.2b, I tried it to burn 3 AVI flies which I had successfully burned using version 7.0.8.2, sadly each burn was unsatisfactory so I reverted to the latest release and tried them again with success?my conclusion..7.2.3.2b was a failure when it comes to burn AVI files.

I did the following, uninstalled7.2.3.2/ 7.2.3.2b, ran this clean tool
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then installed 7.5.9.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/

It is recommended to have a minimum of 512mb RAM for burning DVDs, suggest you look at increasing yours, in the meantime do not multitask while burning.

Slow your burn to 4X

You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
