New drivers crash AOE 3?

My counter-strike kept randomly crashing, so I updated my drivers and it stopped. Then I tried to play AOE 3 and I keep getting that generic error message when the game is in the middle of loading the map, and it does it over and over. It was fine till I downloaded my new drivers, anyone know what I should do?
