Thought I'd let you yanks know that if you hurry, today only, the BenQ 1655 is on sale @ CompUSA, after rebates, for 8$.

It turns out it's a Benq 1655 in the box. Ive tried it and it works fine. Its probably not as good as the others named, But it has speed and lightscribe for $8 . Comp-usa sale yesterday/today only.
Does anyone have any info/opinion on the Benq products?
