You may have to spend some of that Christmas money
& buy Neato or Memorex systems.
Good luck

Or, have a look at DVD and CD Cover Print by North Cardinal. It's only $13.00 and will print your slim cases.

I get the program downloaded and setup. Then i load up a cover to be downloaded and put the setting on dvd slim case. when i hit print on left side it brings the printer screen up so i then hit print. immediatelly after that it comes up that undercover xp has encountered an error and can no longer go on, either send a report or dont send. Im pretty puzzled on this

Try uninstalling and redownloading this version from here. http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/1031053498/1 Chris

Before you get the error is the cover pulling up okay in the window so it actually shows what it looks like

which slim dvd cover are you trying to print? the 9mm or the 7mm. i know i tried to print out the 7mm and could not ever get that to work. it would come up with a printer error. so i switched over and tried the 9mm, and it worked. try doing that and see what happens. i am printing with a color laser printer. keep us posted.

I uninstalled the program and reinstalled the version that chris suggested and i still get the same error saying that it encountered a problem and needs to shut down! I then tried printing the dvd box, dvd slim 7mm and the dvd slim 9mm and i get the same error each time!

i agree with Chris, send an error report and see if you can get a response from UndercoverXP. just to check all the bases, have you been having any problems printing with your printer?

have you tried to print out anything else, like a document or something? just making sure that everything is ok between your printer and computer. just trying to narrow everything down.

Yea it shows my exact printer! i print pictures out on it all the time! if i use that cardinal program i can print out covers, i just really dont want to have to buy a program to do so! what i am thinking of trying next is shortening my usb cable! that is the only other thing that makes sense to me!
thanks guys

JBoz26-Have you changed - any programs or equipment on your computer recently ? Perhaps you have install a program that conflicts with undercover XP ? If you can remember when it started messing up perhaps you can use Restore to back up your Windows XP to before the problem occured ! Atleast it would be a temporary solution anyways !

BIGTOXY69 my understanding is he's just down loaded this program and it won't work for him.I'm wondering if somehow the Hp photo imaging directors blocking it.Since he can see the cover and just when he goes to print comes up with the error. This is a strange one indeed ,he can use the printer for all the other programs and just not undercover XP.I've used this proggy with all my comps and slew of printers and programs.I guess the only other question I have is reading his first post is did he download the covers or is scanning them in with maybe a file ext. undercover doesn't recognize.Any other thoughts you got BIGTOXY69[ by the way hope the Holidays been good to you] I've searched and Googled and haven't found anything that resembles his problem.
