Problem with TSSTcorp CD/DVDW Ts-H552D

Hey all! I have a TSSTcorp CD/DVDW Ts-H552D and was trying to watch a DVD but it doesn't "see" a dvd in the drive. I was looking around and saw people say to look at the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers in the Device Manager to check the DMA settings but I don't have IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers listed in my Device Manager. Shouldn't it be there? Any help would be appreciated.

Here's the latest firmware update for your drive...

Here is the program you need to update.
http://www.samsungodd.com/KorLib/File/sfdnwin.exe

BTW, if you don't have IDE controllers, you will have Nvidia drives :)
