look i know how to put music on and music videos
how do i put dvds onto my itunes...my friends say i need to save it onto my computer, but how?!?!?!?!

You need to convert your DVD movies to MP4, then drag to iTunes, and sync to your iPod.
Just take a look at the guide in my signature.
