Please someone help me . Everytime I plug my Mp4 in to my pc and I sync it. Then it says it's complete and ok to disconnect , But it doesn't work. Everytime I disconnect it and go to my songs it says no file . What am I to do . Someone please help . You can send me e-mail at stefaniileann@aim.com please someone help I can't return this item and I must know how to fix it . Also it came with no manual or instructions.
