If they're made in india Then I doubt seriously that it's taiyo Yuden ! Most likely they're Mosa Baer or something on that order ! With Bestbuy putting verbatims on sale every other week or so for reasonable prices why Buy Crap ! ? But as a wise man once said "you pays your money & you takes your chances !" And you can buy cheap now and have to redo all you backups later an added expense or buy good media to start with and be ahead of the game ! whichever path you choose I wish you Good Luck & happy New Year !!!!!!!
