i own the game matrix: rise of neo

but.. when i try to play it all that happens is the green matrix screen shows up.
Youc could say that its loading but the screen just satays their..
i tried leaving it but it still goes
the real game doesn't even start..
please help me!!

is it an original game? Copied? What media if it was copied? is it clean? try cleaning it.

it is a copied game..
it has no scratches on it..
and i clean it before i try to use it..

any suggestions on how to get it working??
