OGG 2 sound tracks at once!! HELP !!

I got a video file under OGG... wow what a pain in the ass! how the heck are u supposed to be able to know what codec to get for it! it had nothing that was helpful, after getting a software called GSpot, which shows u what u need to play a certin media file, i was able to find out abbout agg (neva even heard of it before that time) after i finally got it, it played!! woot!

HOWEVER there is one problem, the video (its a japanese anime) has two soundtracks going off at the same time! so i hear the english dubbed version of teh audio track as well as the japanese voices!!! wow cant do nothing, i tried playing it with WMP, DivX, as well as Creative media player, its all teh same!

after some researching on wikipedia i found that OGG is actually an ADVANCED type of media file, it had chapters enabled or soemthing, so i think its prolly some setting that i need to do to choose which one i want, plz help!!! i really wanna watch this vid! thanks!
