How to check if my MicroSD is a "High Speed" one?

I keep hearing about some DS games (eg. Castlevania: POR) will need a "High Speed" MicroSD card in order to play at fullspeed/no crash.

In my region, I can only find the Transcend and Kingston MicroSD card.

How to determine before buying, if a card is considered "High Speed" ?
