hi, i have some serious problems.. is there any way to convert cut all frequencies under 30 hz in a wav file, or while encoding to mp3..? i seriously can´t find it how.. i know there is a way to cut freqs over 20Khz for example.. but not under

What wave editor are you using? This should definitely be possible. You will probably need to use an EQ plugin, set a High-Pass/Lo-cut filter to about 50Hz, with a slope of around 12-24dB/Octave. This should do exactly what you need.
