Okey Dokey, first, I'd like to make it clear that this thread will contain more info as stated that i should have so my thread wont be cancled.

Okay I have an a1025c hp pavilion desktop computer.
I also have the verizon basic internet packasge,:(
I am curretly running Bitcomet 0.80.
Also enabled QOS in my router.

Okay first off, I have opened or forwarded or whatever you want to call it my ports for bitcomet.
I have enabled access for bitcomet in my firewall.
I have done the tcp/ip connection windows sp2 thingy, which i have set to 70.
I've checked out every speed guide known to man and some to monkeys.

By the way, the top speed I can reach is 80.

Anyways in bitcomet, it shows you the speed of which you download from a peer. Well, some peers go from 1 kb and steadily drop down to 546 BYTES.

I have done everything there is to help bitcomet.
I didnt try another client because vitcomet is the only one i want to use.

Is there any thing im missing?
