Hi folks,
I need help if you can.
I have some video files that I want to put onto DVD
and would want to watch it on TV from a DVD player.
However, the video files I have are WMV format.
Do any of you know which software that allows
you to converts WMV to DVD format?
What Windows operation system requires for such
software? I hope it's WinXP.
I also want to mention that on the WMV file, the video
clip is full screen, 720 x 480 for TV size.
So, I would want to watch whatever is on the wmv,
on DVD, on the TV.
I only can watch these WMV files on a computer, using
Windows Media Player.
I hope that I expalin my inquiry clearly and understand.
Hope you can help with answers.
Thanks,
Eugene

I recommend Video Tools .
It supports all modern video formats and have built-in DVD/VCD burning engine

I'm sorry, but VSO ConvertXtoDVD is not freeware.
You need to purchase ConvertXtoDVD.
If you found a full working version (No Watermark on your output) then you found a Warez/Hacked/Stolen copy of ConvertXtoDVD.
You can run the demo for 21 days, then you need to purchase a license to respect the copyright.
I think it's worth every $$$

cougar_ii,
Yhank you for your response.
I downloaded the ContvertXtoDVD and found out
that I cold not use it. After I install it ,
I click on it's short-cut icon on the desktop,
and it says.
"Buy it" or "Try it later".
Now that's stupid. iF i CLICK ON "Try it later",
it won't let me use it.
After all this time, downloading ConvertsXtoDVD,
and it's 45 MB in sze, directly from VSO company's
website, download site, and it doesn't let you try it.
What a dumb way for letting people to download this thing
and it plays trick on yah, even a big trial version size.
Just thought to let you know on that.
Thanks,
Eugene

hmmm, I suggest Nero ...you can run down to wal-mart or best buy etc and pick up the disks for ...what $80.00? and it does sooo much more than just wmv to dvd, there's music burning, a media player, so much more than convertsXtoDVD.

I use ConvertXtoDVD for all my conversion jobs and it blows everything else out of the water in comparison-it does wmv to mpeg2 conversions no pdroblem. I can't speak highly enough of this program.
