Nothing wrong with the Verbatim 25 packs for $6.99. I would stay away from the Fuji Dual Layers though. Stick with Verbatim. Most Members here will tell you the same. Personally, if you are low on Verbatims, get some, if you have plenty, wait till they put them on Sale for $12.99 for 50.

Here's a "Tip" for anyone that has a Best buy & Office Max in same town. If you have any HP, Dell, or Lexmark ink cartridges that are empty, Office max WILL give you $3 each for them to use for anything in the store!, take 2 ink cartridges to Office max, get them to price match Best Buy on the 25 pack spindles of Verbatim DVD+R for $6.99. In the end, you'll get that 25 pack for 99 cents + tax! By the way, Office Max will allow up to 6 cartridges per visit. But you have to spend that much or more in the Store that day.So, if you happen to have 6 ink cartridges empty, you could get 75 Verbatim DVD+R for 3 bucks and tax! This works, I have done it!
Happy New Year everyone!

Make sure you get the "Price Match" 1st! Then, use your ink cartridges! I am good at this stuff cause I do it all the time! One of my favorite things is when Best Buy has Sony Media on Sale, I go next door to Circuit City and get em to to teh "Price Match Plus". 110% price match! If Best Buy has Sony's for $12.99, I go to C-City and walk out with them for about 10 bucks!

Thanks my fellow hick. :P We at least have a 1 stoplight, just to look modernized. You have some catching up to do there. ;) Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I overlooked that on Newegg. After I posted, I did find Verbatim 16x DVD+R 25 pack at Bestbuy online for $6.99 w/ free S&H. :o I'm just not sure if I want 16x or 8x. Can you suggest ?? HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

Well my Fellow Hick, it really depends on your Burner. IF your burner supports 16x media, by all means get those at Best buy! If not, these 8x Verbs at Newegg look mighty good! These are getting Scarce too.(The 8x variety of Verbs)

the TY value line is onsale at supermedia store its 45.99 shipped.
The TY +R will hard to find at onsale price.
@chris,
are those verby -R really that bad?? I got 7 packs of them kinda
got me worry about them with so many of you guys saying the bad
stuff about those. No wonder they were onsale at that price.

I had bad in the first pack, and when seeing problems from other members I got rid of all but 4 packs. My opinion is as others have done take them in and trade for the +R's. I didn't like 2 of the discs with weird media codes and some of the scores and playability of discs. This is on all the different burners I have Plextor, Benq, Lite on, Samsung, Memorex. And then have outstanding on some of the discs. And in all fairness using different burning programs, IMO these discs have some quality issues,[outsourcing?]. I had bought to many of them to take a chance on. So iit's up to you if their working for you with no problems keep them. I'm not that willing to take the chance. I've had bad discs before but when I seen how many other people were getting problems I bailed out to.Chris

thanks chris,
so do you just return to the store or what?? do you have to pay
the differnce in price between the -r and the +r or do they
still offer you the 7.99 to exchange the +r. If in deed there is a quality issue with the media then i will have to return the whole thing. Again, i dont like to take a chance with such big batch.
Maybe shouldnt buy that many at first place. I have learned my
lessons.

Staples gives you $3.00 tobe used on one purchase and only one coupon per purchase. bunnyrip that worked like a charm did the office max at three stores there was 2 of us and then with the aid of BIGTOXY69 and the office depot coupons picked up 40 cd printables for free then hit micro Center for 4 packs of Verb +r printables for $16.00 a piece. All the old Dell and Lexmark and Hp carts I had floatin around. Now if somebody would do the same on these Epsons I'd really be standing tall. Chris

Staples must have different rules in some Stores then. My Local Staples will give you $3.00 each for cartridges and you can use several at once. Glad you made out good though! Work those Stores!

I think your right on Staples, BB the same way if I drive 45 mins to the next BB the rules are a whole lot different.probably cause there's only a Staples and BB in our town, no OM, OD,Comp USA to give them any competition. Chris
