best convertion settings for movies on Axim x51v

Can anyone tell me the best settings or converter for playing movies on a Dell x51v PDA. Is it best to convert them to XviD, Vidx, AVI or what? Obviously I am interesed in the best picture, considering it is 640 X 480 resolution, and with realistic convertion times. I use Super converter normally, would that convert successfully and at which settings? Thanks Jim
