Hi,

hope you guys can help, I've recently acquired said MP3/usb hard drive, however I cannot get windows xp (pro sp2 fully updated) to recognise it, does anyone have the usb drivers (i have looked and can't find them on the net, and i didn't get the disc!)? I managed to get the supplied music software, however that does not help the situation!

I'm really struggling to get windows to find it, the device recognises that is connected to a computer but i cannot access it at all! I have tried different usb ports, and unplugging/disabling all of the other usb devices i'm using

Any ideas?!
