I can't save anything to my SD card I dont see the option when im in the game to move a save to the card instead of the flash drive.

you cannot save to the sd card untill the wii runs out of internal system memory

Can someone else verify that please I've known tabletpc to be wrong at times. I mean what if i want to take my game to someone elses house and have all the stuff ive saved so far?

Some Games will allow you to chose where you wish to save the save game

you could always just copy the save game over to the SD card

I had the same problem. The data management section would not see the SD card.
I found out you need to update your Wii by hooking it up to a wireless network. Once you set up your connection the Wii will automatically download an update. This will allow you to use your SD card for transferring game saves.

the wii sd card even with a update doesn't save data directly you have to wait for the internal system memory to fill up completly but warning when the sd card becmes availible you will no longer be able to access the sd card in windows because certain saves have perment locks

No not true some games in the comming months will ahve support but you NEED to get the 2.0 firmware whihc will allow your Wii to access the SD card in Data Managment so you can transfer saves or wait until april nintendo have said they will put the update onto games made after April 07 so non internet users can have the option but plz if oyu update via wi-fi test everything first like try to send emails of your wii make sure your modem does not drop out and your router isnt too far for something to come across and cut the signal out i recommend at least 2 bars of Wi-Fi reception because the connection dropping out while your updating the firmware won leave a pretty sight it will what most call Brick Your System so every time you turn it one it will come up with a 5 digit error and wont do anything so be carefull taker precations dont let it happend!
