Azureus wont connect (Firewalls Disabled)

Hello I have a serious problem as I cannot connect to azures or any other bittorrent client. I just built a new gaming computer.I had a problem for the longest time with both Azureus and limewire, but recently I have no idea what I did but i did get limewire to work.

BUT Torrent is my absolute favorite and I need that for everything so i need to get it working. I know its not my ISP and I disabled all my firewalls.

When I try to download something it says

Connection Error This tracker supports multiple hash scrapes per request

Please help I will tell you anything you need and do anything to test things

do u hav any virus protection/detection programs? Router?

Tell us how ur setup...

BTW- ive heard that Limewire searches for an open port, until it finds one...

I just uninstalled all of my friewalls and antivirus to try it. Then I disabled windows firewall. AS for a router I do not have a router or even a modem/router. It has baffled everyone I know and have asked

are you on cable? adsl? dialup? have u jus been trying the one torrent/tracker?

Im on cable and yes i've tried quite a few different torrents.

oh... well... i dont no... sorri... but, the only thing i can think of is for yout to read more tutorials... or double check ALL your computers settings, your programs setings... ur torrent program settings... EVERYTHING!...

If you haven't, try enabling encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674 ,not far down the page and use a port over 50,000 and not the default.
