I buy my media from Supermediastore & while I'm very happy with them I wonder if Meritline has a good or bad reputation as far as shipping (speed plus getting the right item) & the customer service?
Comments please?

I buy from both Meritline and SMS. I've had fast and excellent delivery and delivery confirmations.I've had no problems and the one time I called customer service [Meritline] with a question, it was more than answered.I think the time I've been on AD I've only seen one complaint and I don't remember if that was SMS or Meritline.I wouldn't worry about either one. I made my fist purchase from Meritline in December. I bought 3 items total ; one said free ground shipping, the next said free standard shipping, total $39.99 (got $2.00 off e-coupon).I was then charged $11.41 ground shipping! The only reason I made the buy was cause the battery I needed for my camera was half the cost compared to Staples & a few other stores. All items came Fed ex in a couple days but not a huge saving over all.

Those are a couple of good, reputatable sites. Also rima.com.

I've got all 3 sites bookmarked. Usually shiny inkjet printable media is what I buy online. My next purchase will be white/glossy inkjet printables,so I'll keep my eye on all 3 because their daily sales differ and I can get it cheaper at 1 of them.

I do the same with my epson ink cartridges. $80 a set at staples/walmart,but around $15 a set at supermediastore.com.

Some people have gotten a hold of some fake tys from those sites, but make sure you see the Taiyo Yuden logo listed if you purchase them.

I never had any customer service issues. My issues is with crappy UPS and FED EX, UGGH! Damn you Fed Ex, LOL
