If it's "MIJ Maxell," then it's made by Hitachi Corp. Japan -- those are 1st class media along with the famous Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim. You should have bought them because it's hard and rare to find them nowadays.

3 or 4 packs still there. I suppose I'll go thet them even though I have 36 Sony TY's & 200 silver matte TY's yet to burn. The Maxell wasn't on sale or anything. I was just digging through & spotted some MIJ....
