ok, i'm looking into getting a samsung 19" 2ms widescreen monitor for my computer/ps3. however while looking into lcd hdtv's i found that a samsung 19" is twice as much as the 19" monitor. can someone make it clear to me why this is?

and how does the computer monitor display images? interlaced or Progressive?
