Help with TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552 please

i keep getting error msgs everytime i try to burn dvd's.. i can burn cd's just fine.. i already try diferent burning software and i always get an error. i use verbatim -R dvd's. Please help :(

If I am looking at it right, that drive only burns -Rs at 4x. But whatever, you might try slowing it down to 4x.
