Using M3 to share download play

I own the M3 cf with passkey 3 and i can't share downloaded play with other people's DS. The error I get is "Communication Error".I have tried this on someone else's DS with the same problem. I have updated the M3 to v30 firmware. thanks I appreciate some help

Receiving DS's need to be flashed with replacement firmware in order to receive the request. Since the security is removed from ROMs, normal DS's cannot receive them.
