I'm trying to make a copy of saw 3, I'm using DVD Shrink and AnyDVD
like always but now I have a problem. Can anyone help me.

That guide has nothing to do with AnyDVD or DVDShrink...

Anyway, check your version of AnyDVD is up to date. That is very important. Also, what error does it give you when ripping?
