i have a ricoh mp5125a i have been using zero defex media but all of asudden i keep getting target errors it will burn all the way through if i do it as data but as dvd video iam using nero 6 ican burn them on +rw media but not +r i have tried maxell,memorex,packard bell, arita, can anyone help.

Try a different media, such as the ritek G04's or something.
