Need help on converting video over from DVD.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the whole DVD ripping/transferring process. I'm wanting to rip some of my home DVD collection to my PSP or Creative Zen Vision: M. Right now I'm at the stage where I ripped my DVD to my harddrive using DVDFab Decrypter. Now I ripped the main movie to the HDD, but it's in a file name that I don't recognize called .VOB, I thought it was already in a video file when it came out? Also it's split into about 10-12 different files. Is there anyway I can combine them or convert it so I can watch it on my PSP or Creative Zen Vision: M?

Any help would be appreciated on this.

.vob is a DVD file format. if you want to watch these files on your psp or creative zen, you have to convert .vob file to psp file or creative zen compatible file. you can try Xilisoft MP4 Converter.
