TMPGEnc FREEZES at same spot after I decompressed audio

I am trying to encode AVI with TMPGEnc and the encoding process keeps freezing at the exact same spot....22%

I encoded it once and it worked but there was no output sound, so I decompressed it with VirtualDUB and now it has sound. but for some reason it is freezing at the exact same frame?

What should I do, any suggestions?

No worries.... ran the file through VirtualDub again and it seems to be doing fine. Hopefully it will finish without complication

I think your right, I burned it to a VCD and the visuals get distored right around that same spot but it is only for a few brief moments.
